Academic Success Advisor, Senior

The senior academic success advisor promotes and supports student retention and graduation by advising students on timely degree progress through in-Person and virtual counseling strategies. This role involves leading implementation, assessment, and improvement of practices, monitoring academic performance, resolving student concerns, and acting as a representative for the college/Department.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and training. Candidates should possess advanced training in academic advising and robust experience in student success activities, including the ability to lead projects and coordinate staff training.
