Associate Head Men's Basketball Coach

The associate head coach serves as the head coach’s chief advisor, supporting all aspects of the program including recruiting strategy, player personnel, scheduling, and team development, and acting on their behalf when necessary. This role involves assisting with strategic planning, organizing practices and game preparation, coordinating scouting reports, and ensuring effective instruction of technical skills to student-Athletes.

A minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree or five or more years of relevant work experience, with ncaa division i experience and a successful record of recruiting division i student-Athletes being preferred. Candidates must possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and upon hire, require ncaa coaches certification and a 15-Passenger van driving certification.
