The guide serves as the primary advisor for a cohort of approximately 17 students, developing individualized learning plans and monitoring academic progress toward mastery. They also provide direct instruction, tutoring, and academic support in their subject expertise to students across the school.

Candidates must possess a minimum bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and a massachusetts teaching license with an sei endorsement, along with at least 3 years of classroom experience. Demonstrated experience with technology-Enabled learning, competency-Based education, and personalized teaching strategies is required.
