The behavior technician will deliver one-On-One in-Home applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children following plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data on client progress and actively participating in required supervision and training sessions.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate experience working with children, along with a passion for supporting children with special needs. Reliable transportation and current cpr certification are preferred, as is rbt certification or the willingness to obtain it.
