Core responsibilities
The specialist will facilitate live and virtual training courses for epic cadence (Scheduling) and prelude (Registration) supporting onboarding, optimizations, and upgrades, while developing application-Specific instructional designs and materials aligned with revenue cycle workflows. Responsibilities also include cross-Credentialing in other revenue cycle epic applications as needed and conducting training environment builds.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and three years of experience in academic, instructional, or training techniques, specifically within a healthcare setting. A critical requirement is successfully completing and maintaining epic's cadence and prelude principal trainer certification within six months of hire.
