Early Learning Center-Co Lead Teacher

The co-Lead teacher is responsible for creating a rich, intentional, and safe early learning center environment that fosters the growth of the whole child using a reggio-Inspired, play-Based curriculum. Key duties include teaching social-Emotional learning, facilitating child-Led exploration across academic areas, and fostering strong positive relationships with families.

Essential qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field along with 12 ece credits, and a demonstrated understanding of reggio-Inspired or play-Based curricula. Desired qualifications include 3+ years of relevant teaching experience and a master's degree.
