Program Counselor

The program counselor is responsible for supporting and facilitating various large and small group camp activities, including imaginative play, sports, outdoor education, and arts and crafts. This role also involves ensuring the general safety and well-Being of all campers while acting as a positive role model.

Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and enthusiasm for children's programming, along with good organizational abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and 1-2 years of previous experience supervising children is required.
