Internship Program Coordinator

This role is responsible for managing and assisting in the implementation of new projects and initiatives within mass general brigham’s youth programs, focusing on project management details like identifying gaps and follow-Up actions. Key duties include coordinating components of the internship program and summer jobs program such as recruitment, onboarding, student support, and data tracking.

A bachelor's degree in a related field such as education, social work, or public health is required, though equivalent work experience may be considered. Candidates must possess 2-3 years of experience in youth development, education, community engagement, or resource navigation.
