Job Coach

The job coach is responsible for facilitating vocational rehabilitation supported and customized employment services, which includes training individuals on job duties, establishing employer relationships, and supervising them in the workplace. This role requires implementing coaching techniques to promote independence, communicating with the support team, and ensuring individuals receive high-Quality services according to policies and person centered support plans.

Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years old, pass a criminal background check, and be able to speak, read, and write effectively in english. Driving eligibility requirements based on age and moving violations must also be met, and the role requires flexibility for days, swings, weekends, and holidays.
