Job Coach (Driving Required)

The employment coach provides specialized employment services to at-Risk adults and/Or juveniles with intellectual disabilities, including job search planning, development, negotiation, and post-Employment support while supervising individuals at their jobs. Essential duties involve communicating with the team and employer, applying coaching techniques to promote independence, building employer relationships, and teaching job-Related daily living skills.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, pass a criminal background check, and be eligible to drive according to company policy, possessing the ability to speak, read, and write effectively in english. A minimum requirement is a high school diploma or ged, though specialized certifications like certified customized employment specialist are also listed as training requirements.
