Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BACB)

The board certified behavior analyst will design and implement individualized, evidence-Based treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, monitoring progress through data analysis, and providing coaching and supervision to staff.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field and have 3–5 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or related diagnoses. Active bcba certification through bacb is required, along with a valid driver's license and current cpr/First aid certification.
