Community Living Instructor (CLI) (South Gate, CA)

Community living instructors provide direct care, instruction, and supervision to individuals with disabilities, focusing on teaching essential independent living skills and supporting daily routines in their homes and community. They assist participants in building confidence, independence, and meaningful community connections through one-On-One support.

Candidates must be 18 years or older and must pass a drug screening, obtain department of justice fingerprint clearance, and have a negative tb test prior to employment. A genuine passion for caregiving is required, though no prior experience is necessary as mandatory paid training is provided.
