Lincoln Learning Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher supports teaching staff in the care, supervision, health, and safety of children within a specific age group, adhering to guidelines from adhs, cacfp, and naeyc standards. Essential functions include assisting in age-Appropriate curriculum development, maintaining schedules, ensuring a safe environment, and coordinating with staff regarding classroom materials and organization.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a minimum of six months of experience working with children. Preferred qualifications include completion of a basic child development class and six months of experience in a licensed childcare facility. Candidates must obtain an arizona department of health services fingerprint clearance card and a food handlers card upon hire or within one week.
