The BCBA will develop and oversee client programming, ensuring effective implementation and modifications as necessary. They will also provide training and supervision to staff and facilitate communication among all stakeholders involved in client care.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and current BCBA certification. Experience working with children and knowledge of BACB ethics and policies are preferred.

Willow ABA Services is currently seeking qualified individuals to work under the supervision of a Clinical Director (BCBA) and provide clinic-based ABA services for families with children on the autism spectrum in Wilmington, NC! Board-Certified Behavior Analysts at Willow ABA Services assist clients by developing meaningful goals, creating achievable intervention plans for RBTs and family of the client, and mentoring/educating staff as well as caregivers along their ABA journey. BCBAs are expected to act in accordance with the highest professional, ethical, and clinical standards. The BCBA will supervise and lead Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in order to ensure that they are performing their jobs in accordance with the guidelines set forth by Willow, HIPAA regulations, the BACB’s Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts, and all other pertinent regulatory bodies.
