Teacher Assistant - Elizabeth Lee Black School

The teacher's assistant will support students with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and behavioral challenges by assisting teachers in implementing individualized education plans (Ieps). Responsibilities include providing direct student support, reinforcing learning in small groups, and helping students develop social, behavioral, and academic skills.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma along with the ability to complete paraprofessional certification or 48 college credit hours. Candidates must also be eligible for required state and federal criminal background checks.
