Bilingual Family Partner for Family Child Care Program

The family partner will serve as a liaison between families, educators, and community agencies, focusing on helping families access necessary resources and establish developmental goals for their children. Key duties include building relationships, conducting developmental screenings, facilitating parent activities, and completing required documentation.

Candidates must possess strong bilingual literacy in spanish and english and hold an associate’s degree in early childhood education, psychology, human services, or a related field. Experience supporting diverse communities and the ability to travel locally are also required.
