Classroom Support Coach for Early Childhood Educators

The classroom support coach will coach teaching teams on routines, structure, and implementing behavioral support strategies for children. Responsibilities include modeling best practices, creating action plans, conducting observations, and guiding teachers in fostering positive, inclusive learning environments.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher in early education, special education, or a related field, along with over three years of experience as a lead early educator or in early intervention/Aba settings. Experience with the pyramid model framework and skills in supporting diverse learning needs are also required.
