Respiratory Therapist Preceptor

The preceptor acts as an experienced staff member responsible for developing critical thinking in new staff members through role modeling and education. This role involves assisting the new staff member with a successful orientation to the unit and the organization.

Candidates should preferably have a minimum of six months of clinical experience and demonstrate excellent communication, problem-Solving, and teamwork abilities. Adherence to organizational policies, vision, mission, and values, along with a willingness to share expertise, is also required.
