Vocational Program Assistant

Staff members will support and assist clients with brain injuries in their rehabilitation journey, focusing on achieving personalized goals related to life skills, social interaction, and independence. Key duties include leading activities, ensuring client safety, providing assistance with daily living skills, administering medication, and maintaining accurate progress documentation.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college education preferred, alongside experience working with individuals with brain injuries or disabilities being advantageous. Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, often requiring a valid driver's license.
