Specialist-Staff Development RN

The specialist utilizes the systematic process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver learning experiences that foster continued competence and professional development for staff. This role involves integrating the nursing process into educational activities and performing other assigned duties.

A minimum of three years of related work experience is required after obtaining the degree or license, along with minimum computer literacy. A bachelor's degree is the minimum education requirement, though a master's degree is preferred, and an active rn license is mandatory.
