Specialist-Staff Development RN

This role utilizes the systematic process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver learning experiences that promote continued competence and professional development for staff. The responsibilities include assessing learning needs, planning and implementing educational activities, and evaluating their effectiveness.

A minimum of three years of related work experience is required after obtaining the degree or license. A bachelor's degree is the minimum educational requirement, though a master's degree is preferred, and rn licensure along with bls instructor certification within 90 days of hire is mandatory.
