Early Career Decision Program - Youngstown

The clinical nursing student - Immersion provides direct patient care under the guidance of a registered nurse, supporting the nursing process and developing critical thinking skills through collaboration. Responsibilities include basic patient care tasks such as recording vital signs, personal care, mobility, and acting as a liaison between the patient and the nurse.

Applicants must currently be enrolled in an rn nursing program and have successfully completed the educational requirements for the immersion level, with a high school diploma or ged required. Recent experience as a patient care technician or certified nursing assistant is preferred, and epic ehr training is desired.
