Adjunct Faculty - Nursing

Adjunct nursing faculty are responsible for implementing the clinical component of assigned nursing courses in skills labs or clinical sites, providing supervision, instruction, and evaluation to support student learning outcomes. The role directs students toward completing the adn program and achieving nclex while promoting practical clinical reasoning and judgment.

Qualifications must adhere to the ma board of nursing standards, requiring either an earned graduate degree in nursing or a baccalaureate degree in nursing plus meeting specific criteria related to graduate program matriculation or certification. All clinical adjunct faculty are also expected to demonstrate computer competency and the ability to work independently.
