Summer Camp Counselor

Counselors are responsible for the care and safety of children, which includes planning and implementing activities tailored to their physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs. They must also lead campers, monitor play, accompany them on trips, and maintain necessary communication and records.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and previous childcare experience is preferred. Essential qualifications include demonstrating positive energy, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and possessing initiative, discretion, and good judgment.
