Registered Behavior Technician RBT/BT - Full-Time

The role involves supporting individuals with autism in various settings by teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based treatments designed by a bcba. Responsibilities also include collecting and summarizing unbiased data during sessions and collaborating effectively with the clinical team and families.

Candidates must possess a high-School diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, requiring reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance for in-Home services. New hires must complete paid rbt training and pass the rbt exam within 45 days, or attend required paid training if already certified.
