Learning Specialist

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining learning solutions for ces applications, such as elearning, simulations, and guides, and facilitating virtual training sessions for clients using microsoft teams. The specialist will also apply ux and graphic design best practices to create engaging learning experiences and continuously improve them based on feedback and metrics.

Candidates must have a university degree or a minimum of six years of related experience, along with 3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions in a similar role. Required technical experience includes developing elearning with articulate rise/Storyline, producing software screencasts with camtasia, and strong client-Facing communication skills.
