Youth Services Worker Master Control Overnights

Youth services workers are responsible for providing safety and continuous in-Person supervision of youth in a secure residential setting, addressing their physical, personal, and health needs through individual counseling and skill development. They must also monitor and document behaviors and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities while collaborating with professional staff on treatment goals.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this role. Applicants must also successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screen (Thc is no longer tested for pre-Employment), physical examination, and a search of the child abuse central registry.
