Assistant Coach Women’s Basketball

The assistant women’s basketball coach supports the head coach across all program aspects, including assisting with technical and tactical instruction, planning practices, and conducting player development sessions. Key duties also involve scouting opponents, managing recruiting operations, and supporting student-Athlete academic progress.

Candidates must have previous playing or coaching experience at the collegiate level, coupled with strong knowledge of basketball strategy, skill development, and modern training methods. Proficiency in recruiting software and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel are essential requirements.
