Graduate Assistant - Indoor Volleyball

The graduate assistant coach assists the head coach in all phases of coaching and mentorship for the division ii indoor volleyball program, including recruitment, game preparation, and player evaluation. Duties also involve guiding student-Athletes on nutrition, strength training, academic progress, and personal development while ensuring adherence to all university, conference, and ncaa regulations.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution and have knowledge of coaching tactics and techniques, along with understanding ncaa rules and compliance. Required skills include leadership, strong interpersonal communication, and a valid driver's license, with the ability to motivate and recruit student-Athletes.
