Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, possess patience and compassion, and be able to work well in a team. Essential requirements include being 18 or older, having a high school diploma or ged, and the ability to pass background checks and physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
