Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will provide direct, one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, implementing individualized treatment plans to improve communication and adaptive skills. Responsibilities include implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies, accurately collecting data, and communicating progress with the supervising bcba.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and a high school diploma or equivalent, although a bachelor's degree is preferred. Essential requirements include strong communication skills and comfort working directly with children diagnosed with autism.
