Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will provide direct, one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, implementing individualized treatment plans designed to improve communication and social skills. Responsibilities include executing skill acquisition programs, reducing challenging behaviors, collecting accurate data, and communicating progress to the supervising bcba.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and hold an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification.
