Substitute Teacher

The substitute teacher is responsible for planning and delivering educational instruction using effective methodologies when the regular teacher is absent, ensuring students master objectives through corrective feedback and re-Teaching. Duties also include collaborating with parents and staff, implementing curriculum and modifications, and completing necessary administrative reports.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and either hold or be applying for florida state certification. Essential qualifications include excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, knowledge of student learning styles, and the capacity to remain calm under stress.
