Learning Center Mentor Part Time

The learning center mentor provides essential guidance and support to resident teen mothers and at-Risk youth by assisting with academic studies, vocational exploration, and implementing individualized life skills plans. This role involves direct care, fostering growth, and preparing teens for independent adulthood through coaching and advocacy.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of experience working with youth, along with a strong understanding of academic support and vocational guidance. Essential requirements include passing a background check and drug screening, maintaining a clean driving record, and demonstrating patience, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
