Youth Care Specialist (6253)

This direct service position involves supervising youth aged 10-17, providing quality care, maintaining a safe environment, and acting as a role model to encourage educational and life skills growth. Essential functions include implementing case plans, managing resident behavior during activities, overseeing chores, preparing meals, conducting intakes, and supervising client self-Administration of medication.

A minimum of one year of experience working with youth in a structured setting is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible and extended hours and possessing a valid driver's license. Candidates must demonstrate dependability, good judgment, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and staff.
