Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will work one-On-One with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect data to monitor treatment progress. They must also support the bcba by training families on plan implementation and maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate a passion for working with children, along with a strong, reliable work ethic for this fast-Paced environment. Prior experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental delays is preferred, and reliable personal transportation is required.
