Registered Behavior Technician | In-Home RBT

As a registered behavior technician, you will implement individualized aba therapy services under bcba supervision, tailoring sessions to help clients build new skills and reduce challenging behaviors in homes, schools, and community settings. You will also be responsible for documenting client progress and participating in ongoing training to enhance your aba therapy knowledge.

Candidates must possess current state rbt certification and a high school diploma or equivalent to qualify for this role. Applicants are also required to commit to working a minimum of 15 to 20 hours per week and demonstrate a strong desire for professional growth and making a difference in clients' lives.
