Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid In Home

The bcba will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized aba treatment plans while conducting assessments and monitoring client progress in home-Based settings. This role also involves supervising and training registered behavior technicians (Rbts) and collaborating closely with families to ensure consistency.

Candidates must possess active board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification and a master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. Required attributes include a genuine passion for helping children, experience in various aba service models, and strong skills in communication, leadership, and problem-Solving.
