BCBA Hybrid- In home

The bcba will be responsible for developing and managing individualized aba treatment plans, conducting assessments, and monitoring client progress. This role also requires supervising registered behavior technicians (Rbts) and partnering closely with families to ensure consistent and effective care delivery.

Candidates must possess an active bcba certification along with an arizona lba license to qualify for this position. Required attributes include experience in in-Home or hybrid aba models, strong leadership and communication skills, and a mindset focused on client outcomes.
