Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst, implementing individualized treatment plans and following behavior protocols. Responsibilities also include collecting data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction, writing detailed session notes, and assisting with client needs like toileting and meal preparation.

This role requires working directly with children under the supervision of a bcba to implement treatment plans and collect necessary data. The position is initially part-Time but has the potential to become full-Time based on organizational needs.
