Phlebotomy Technician Lead Instructor

The instructor will be responsible for teaching students all aspects of the phlebotomy technician scope of practice, preparing them for a 40-Hour externship, and evaluating their performance and progress. This role also involves assisting students in developing professional values, attitudes, and ideals appropriate to the healthcare profession.

Candidates must possess a current cpt license and have a minimum of three years of documented on-The-Job experience in a clia lab within the last five years, though no prior teaching experience is required. Proficiency in all blood collection methods, strong public speaking skills, and computer efficiency are also necessary qualifications.
