Phlebotomy Technician Lead Instructor

The instructor will be responsible for teaching students all aspects of the phlebotomy technician scope of practice, preparing them for a 40-Hour externship, and evaluating their progress. Duties also include fostering professional values and serving as a role model for students in the healthcare profession.

Candidates must possess a current cpt license and have a minimum of three years of documented on-The-Job experience in a clia lab within the last five years, though no prior teaching experience is necessary. Proficiency in various blood collection techniques and strong communication and organizational skills are mandatory.
