Phlebotomy Technician Lead Instructor

The lead instructor will be responsible for instructing students in all aspects of the phlebotomy technician scope of practice, preparing them for a 40-Hour externship. This includes evaluating, reporting, and recording student performance while fostering professional values appropriate to the healthcare field.

Candidates must possess a current cpt license and have a minimum of three years of documented on-The-Job experience in a clia lab within the last five years, though no prior teaching experience is required. Proficiency in all blood collection methods, strong communication skills, and technological comfort are essential qualifications.
