Elementary ELA Teacher / SST Willow Creek- 2026-2027 SY

The teacher must provide students with appropriate learning activities to foster intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth, while planning a program of study that meets individual student needs, interests, and abilities. Key duties include creating a conducive learning environment, preparing differentiated lessons, guiding learning toward curriculum goals, and assessing student accomplishments regularly.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and meet texas “highly qualified” standards for the role. Required knowledge includes curriculum and instruction, alongside strong communication, interpersonal, and basic computer skills.
