Afternoon Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide will support a mixed-Age montessori classroom (Infant, toddler, and children’s house ages 0-6) by preparing learning spaces and assisting with individualized and small-Group activities. Key duties include observing children, maintaining an orderly environment, and building respectful relationships with children and families.

Candidates must have experience working with children aged 3-6 in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset. Interest in the montessori approach is valued, though prior experience is not mandatory.
