Youth Apprentice

The apprentice will observe and assist the department to gain knowledge of healthcare roles for career path determination while in high school. Major duties include maintaining stock, cleaning equipment, running errands like delivering trays and specimens, and performing general clerical functions.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in high school and participating in a state or school-Sponsored apprenticeship or training program, with no prior experience or formal education required. Essential abilities include demonstrating basic academic skills, applying critical thinking, and utilizing effective personal and interpersonal communication skills.
