Teaching Assistant - Carolinas College of Health Sciences Early College

The teaching assistant will provide in-Person classroom support, working individually with students needing academic or behavioral assistance, and supervising students in independent study areas. Responsibilities also include monitoring classes during teacher absence, duplicating materials, and handling phone communications courteously.

A high school graduate diploma is required, along with typically one year of experience working with adolescents in an educational setting, including students with special needs. Candidates must be able to modulate behaviors to support an educational environment and possess good written and oral communication skills.
