Nursing Skills Lab Assistant

The skills lab assistant provides instructional guidance and support to students during clinical skills labs under the direct supervision of faculty or a lab manager, playing a vital role in supporting academic success by assisting students in laboratory settings to meet specific learning outcomes. Responsibilities include supporting faculty in coordinating classes, setting up labs, assisting students with applying knowledge, providing feedback on progress, and reinforcing nursing skills under faculty direction.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) and hold an active, unencumbered registered nurse (Rn) license in florida, along with a minimum of one year of relevant rn-Level clinical experience. Strong organizational, problem-Solving, and communication skills are necessary to effectively support students and collaborate with faculty.
