26/27 K-6 Grade Elementary Teacher ($5,000 Annual Bonus for Certified Teachers)

Teachers are responsible for ensuring all scholars master necessary academic and social skills by setting ambitious achievement goals and holding students accountable. This involves creating a powerful learning environment, planning and delivering rigorous instruction, and assessing for mastery while tracking progress and intervening as needed.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution, along with a valid state teacher license or enrollment in a credentialing program. Effective pedagogical skills driven by standards and data-Driven assessment, along with experience tracking and using data to inform instruction, are also required.
