Residential Advisor

This paraprofessional role is primarily responsible for maintaining an orderly, safe, and secure dormitory environment through direct student supervision, scheduling clean-Up, and addressing student issues. Duties also include maintaining required documentation, communicating with staff, and facilitating student engagement in program activities.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree in a human services field preferred, and a minimum of one year of experience working with youth. Essential abilities include proficiency with microsoft office applications, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and knowledge of residential living procedures.
